Description
What happens when two enterprising vacation planners try to compete for the same scenic spot, which is beside a wonderful waterfall, facing a beautiful forest panorama and quite near to the major cities?
If they can work together, that would be best. If they can't, you as the vacationer, become either the victim, or you decide to make the best of it and have fun while you can.
In Skyrim, I found myself a couple of beautiful housemods that I liked, but both were competing for the same overlapping location! Rather than forsake either of them, I decided to clean up the mods (TES5EDIT to the rescue again), disable the features that clashed and tried my best to meld both the manors seamlessly together at the same scenic spot. Add a cute battlegoat to the recipe, and viola my dream summer-holiday retreat was set!

Nice work, ace looks great.
I've found some good locations in Skyrim for mods, a few were ideal and a few were rather out of the way, however I liked the out of the way locations a bit more.
Anywho good job.
